Refund policy

Satisfaction is guaranteed. For US orders, I will try to send you any and all replacement dice, and not require any returns. For international orders, due to high shipping costs, I will refund you for the dice you are not happy with (sorry, not able to mail you replacement dice).

I am also happy to negotiate, like agreeing to provide you with coupon codes for discounts on future orders.
